1 billion dollar investment in Turkey from the world’s compressor giant

İZBAŞ Chairman of the Board of Directors Eyup CuteStating that the world’s largest compressor manufacturer, China-based Kaishan Group’s first investment of 1 billion dollars in Turkey, is important for the Turkish economy, Sevimli said:

“We are preparing to host the first investment in Turkey of China-based Kaishan Group, the world’s largest compressor manufacturer. Kaishan’s İZBAŞ investment is expected to be completed within one year, with the foundation laid in the first quarter of 2025. This giant investment will be the largest-scale investment brought to Izmir after the STAR Refinery, built by SOCAR and commissioned in 2018. The large-scale compressors to be produced in this investment that we will host will also be used in heavy industry establishments in different sectors, especially geothermal power plants. “As İZBAŞ management, we want to allocate our limited number of investment areas to investments with high added value production processes.”
