A Reddit member, known as jake-thebarber, used artificial intelligence to transform the famous Fantastic Four team into Dark Fantasy characters. A rather crazy idea that has the merit of being well done thanks to intelligent prompts. Be careful, this may offend the sensibilities of fans of the license, but we must also recognize that it is very pretty with a dark side.
The Fantastic Four: a timeless quartet
In the Marvel universe, there is a team of superheroes that stands out, they are the Fantastic 4 composed of Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), Sue Storm (the Invisible Woman), Johnny Storm (the Human Torch) and Ben Grimm (the Thing). These characters acquired their superpowers after being exposed to cosmic radiation. They fight against evil and all threats that aim to destroy humanity.
The idea of transforming the Fantastic 4 in characters of dark fantasy comes from Reddit member, jake-thebarber. The latter wanted to know what the Fantastic 4 would look like if they were to integrate a Dark Fantasy story. He therefore created prompts and then submitted them to Midjourney, a generative artificial intelligence. The result is quite surprising since we find the Fantastic 4 with costumes and settings reminiscent of dark fantasy universes.
Even though these images are surprisingly realistic, they won’t be to everyone’s taste and maybe you too will hate them or on the contrary, you will love them.

Please note, it is very important to know that there is currently no official project that will transform the Fantastic 4 into a movie character. Dark Fantasy. This is primarily an experiment by a Midjourney member and user who also likes the Marvel license. It should also be remembered that the last Fantastic 4 film dates back to 2015, and it was directed by Josh Trank. The latter had fun reinventing the team’s origins by giving a much darker side to the license. However, he failed to capture the public’s attention.
