1,000 days of war. Which are the countries that helped Ukraine the most to defend itself from Russia

Germany ranks second in military aid with $11.1 billion, followed by Great Britain with $10.1 billion.

Denmark and the Netherlands complete the top 5, with aid of 7 billion and 5.5 billion dollars, respectively.

Surprisingly, France, one of the strongest European economies, is only in eighth place, with a military aid of 3.4 billion dollars. This is surpassed by Sweden (4.6 billion) and Poland (3.5 billion).

The future of these military aids, however, is becoming uncertain. Donald Trump, who will return to the White House in January, has shown much less interest in supporting Ukraine. In this context, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he hopes to find a diplomatic solution to end the war by 2025.

If financial and humanitarian aid is also taken into account, not just military aid, the institutions of the European Union become the second largest supporter of Ukraine, after the USA, according to the BBC.
