Cadillac renewed the luxury SUV Escalade for the 2025 model year, and on this occasion it received a refined front part, as well as a large touch screen in the interior.
As for visual changes, vertical headlights with LED accents, a new illuminated Cadillac emblem, tweaked bumpers, and new optional 24-inch wheels stand out, among others. (22-inch wheels are still standard).
The range of colors has been expanded and now includes Aegean Stone Green, Deep Sea Metallic Blue and Latte Metallic Bronze colors.
Inside, the 2025 Escalade features a massive head-up display measuring 55.0 inches pillar-to-pillar. The driver gets a 35.0-inch screen and the front passenger gets a 20.0-inch touchscreen with video streaming capabilities.
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, and second-row passengers have access to 12.6-inch touchscreens.
The 2025 Escalade has a 6.2-liter V8 engine with 420 hp, and it is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
The 3.0 liter Duramax diesel engine is no longer offered.
The sporty version of the Escalade-V is still there, however, with a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine and 682 hp.
The Escalade-V also gets a few variant-specific changes. The front end is more aggressive and has a larger lower grille for better cooling, and there are also new alloy wheels, red brake calipers and four exhaust pipes. Inside, there’s more carbon fiber detailing surrounded by Jet Black leather.
In addition to the basic one, each version gets the latest Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 with adjustable Air Ride suspension.
Sales start later this year, and prices have not yet been announced (the current MY2024 version starts at $112,690).
