Association IAB Serbia announces a new Masterclass event format, specially created for top managers, which will be held on December 6 and 7 in Subotica. This unique concept lasts 24 hours and is designed as a platform for gathering C-level leaders, with the possibility of learning, exchanging knowledge and networking at several attractive locations.

Ravid Kuperberg, partner and trainer at Mindscapes Creativity, will hold a lecture entitled Insights Which Make a Difference, Not Just Make Sense – How to Reveal Powerful Insights Which Are Game Changers by Being Life Changers. Kuperberg points out that most of the most successful and creative campaigns, which win prestigious awards, are based on game-changing insights. However, uncovering a unique, truly meaningful insight is one of the most challenging tasks in brand communications.
In his lecture, Kuperberg offers a unique approach to defining insight—he suggests that insight is not just a discovery. Participants will learn practical techniques and thinking tools that allow them to see reality through different prisms, in order to come up with insights that not only make sense, but make a real difference to the brand and target audience.
Dalibor Šumiga – How does the brain see marketing?
Dalibor Šumiga, founder of Promosapiens and an expert in applied neuroscience in marketing, will hold a lecture entitled How does the brain see marketing?. Šumiga will take the participants on a journey through the world of neuroscience, relying on research such as that of the American neuroscientist Benjamin Libet, who proved in the 60s of the last century that the brain makes decisions before we become aware of them.
The lecture explores how our brains react when exposed to marketing and how unconscious these reactions are, providing a deeper understanding of what goes on in the mind of the average customer when they see a brand or advertisement. Participants will explore fascinating questions such as: Is it possible to “fall in love” with a brand? How many decisions are made before we become aware of them? Šumiga will share practical insights that help to build reason on the basis of emotion, in order to position brands in the right way.
Marko Carević – Doing Things Right (Mostly)
Marko Carević, CEO of Ananas E-commerce, will share his experiences through a lecture Doing Things Right (Mostly). Through seven different lessons from various areas of business, Marko will show participants how to make decisions faster, influence stakeholders more effectively and achieve better results. His lecture will be practical, focused on solving real challenges and will provide concrete advice for improving business strategies.
