Higher Education: 8029 students placed in the second phase
The results of the second phase of the National Competition for Access to Higher Education are now available. According to data from Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education, 8029 students were placed. There are still 3728 vacancies to be filled.

In the first phase of the national entrance exam, of the 49,963 students who were placed, 45,268 (91%) registered and enrolled. For those who did not enter, do not despair, as there is still a third phase. Each higher education institution decides, for each of its courses, on the opening of the third phase of the competition.
An interesting fact is that around 37% of candidates for the 2nd phase are already enrolled in higher education.
Students who entered the second phase must register and enroll, which takes place between September 16th and 18th at the higher education institution.
