3 members of CNG thief gang arrested in Pekua

Pekua Thana police have arrested 3 members of CNG thief gang.

On Thursday (28 November) at 10 am, the members of this gang of thieves were arrested from a place called Moulvi Para-Fansiakhali high bridge in Pekua Upazila of Cox’s Bazar.

At this time, an unnumbered stolen CNG was recovered from the arrested.

The arrested are Kaisar Hamid (30) son of Amir Hossain of Munsikhil area of ​​West Chambal 3 Ward of Banskhali Upazila, Md Rustom (22) son of Abu Taher of Matarbari North Rajghat area of ​​Maheshkhali Upazila and Moktar Hossain (40) son of Abdu Jalil of the same area.

In this regard, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Pekua police station Mohammad Sirajul Mostafa said that 3 members of CNG thief gang were arrested in a special operation of Pekua police station. At this time, a stolen CNG vehicle was seized. Following the incident, a case was filed against those arrested at Pekua police station.
