Three more people died of dengue fever from Thursday 8 am to Friday 8 am (in one day) due to Aedes mosquito-borne disease dengue fever. With this, a total of 300 people have died of dengue so far this year. Apart from this, another 382 people have been admitted to the hospital due to dengue infection in the last one day.
This information was informed in a press release sent from the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Department of Health on Friday.
According to the notification, 35 people were admitted to the hospital in Dhaka Division (outside City Corporation), 148 in Dhaka North City Corporation, 28 in Dhaka South City Corporation, 12 in Barisal Division, 63 in Chittagong Division, 46 in Khulna Division, 25 in Mymensingh Division. John, there are 20 people in Rajshahi division and 5 people in Sylhet division.
According to the Department of Health, a total of 62 thousand 199 patients have been admitted to the hospital since January this year. 300 people have died of dengue so far this year.
Meanwhile, 462 dengue patients have been discharged from hospitals across the country in the last one day. A total of 57 thousand 938 patients have been discharged from the hospital this year.
