67 job aspirants who were eliminated in the 43rd BCS have gathered in front of the secretariat. They went there on Wednesday afternoon and took a position.
It is reported that 67 job aspirants went to the Ministry of Public Administration to find out why they were left out in the second notification after the recommendation of the PSC. They also demanded their inclusion again in the notification.
At that time, a job seeker told the journalists present, ‘after four years of study, I got a recommendation from PSC. Dropped out of gazette before joining new job.’
Another candidate, on condition of anonymity, said, ‘There is talk of building a non-discrimination Bangladesh, but I was discriminated against before entering the new job. Our fellow passengers will join in, and we will shed tears. We want to get rid of this discrimination.’
After canceling the October 15 notification of the Ministry of Public Administration for the recruitment of the 43rd BCS, a new notification was issued on December 30. 168 people were left out.
The notification said that 1 thousand 896 candidates recommended by the Bangladesh Public Works Commission were appointed to the entry posts of various cadres of the Bangladesh Civil Service. These candidates have to join the job on 15th January.
