72% of Russian companies are transferring communication and sales to Telegram

According to research agency “Dela PR” and the aggregator of instant messengers and social networks Pact, which is at the disposal of Inc., the main goal of switching to instant messengers is a quick response to customer requests (82.9%). Messengers are also convenient for placing orders (49%) and notifying about changes in their status (50%).

About 67% of sales departments use instant messengers to answer customer questions, send mailings (57%), and provide technical support during the payment process and receiving orders (55%).

There are additional benefits from communicating via messengers: reducing order processing time (79%) and receiving feedback (45%). For only 11%, less than 25% of transactions are concluded through instant messengers; for other surveyed companies, this percentage is significantly higher.
