73% of companies in Russia are ready to turn to lawyers to resolve legal and judicial disputes – research

Representatives of Russian business have noted the main tasks they are ready to address to legal agencies. This is stated in the results of a study by Moscow Digital School and the legal company Tkach and Partners.

  • 73% of Russian companies will turn to legal agencies to resolve issues related to representation in court and support of legal disputes;
  • 61% of surveyed companies use lawyers to resolve issues related to intellectual property and brand registration;
  • 58% of companies need legal assistance when interacting with regulators;
  • 52% of business representatives need legal advice on international law issues;
  • 33% of companies turn to lawyers for advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

To prepare the study, a survey was conducted of representatives of legal departments of more than 200 IT companies.
