JYSK rewarded employees in stores in Serbia: 75,000,000 dinars bonus for the best results

JYSK, the Danish retail chain for furniture and home furnishings, has once again shown its commitment to employees in Serbia by paying bonuses in the amount of almost 75,000,000 dinars during the financial year 2023/2024.

Recently, TIME magazine included it among the world’s best companies, while it was again on the prestigious Forbes list of best employers. This confirms JYSK’s status as one of the most desirable working environments, both globally and on the Serbian market.

The best teams awarded with big bonuses

Employees in JYSK stores were rewarded with bonuses that increased by as much as 120 percent compared to the previous financial year. The store with the highest turnover achieved a bonus of a total value of almost 5,000,000 dinars. Such incentives not only motivate employees, but also additionally strengthen team spirit, which achieves superior service and customer satisfaction.

Milan Stevanović, Retail Manager and member of the Management Board of JYSK in Serbia, emphasized the importance of investing in employees through continuous education, professional development and a pleasant working environment.

“We provide our employees with opportunities for advancement and bonuses in accordance with the achieved results, with no limit on the amount. In this way, we build an extraordinary team spirit, in which each member contributes to the common success”, said Stevanović, especially praising the results of the stores in Niš, Pančevo and the Ava Park shopping center in Belgrade, which exceeded expectations this year.

The store in Niš achieved the largest bonus during the financial year 2023/2024, while right behind it are the stores in Pančevo and Ava Park in Belgrade.

JYSK’s philosophy – employee satisfaction at the center of business
