On September 16, 2024, volunteers from the Siam Chiang Rai Foundation and volunteer teams set up a free motorcycle repair service center at the Pho Khun Mengrai Intersection, Wiang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chiang Rai Province after the flood level receded to provide initial relief.
