Moderate winds with cyclonic rotation. Very rough seas”. Thursday 19 September, however, “weather still unstable in the Central South and Emilia Romagna with more persistent phenomena between Emilia Romagna and the Marche, less in the Tyrrhenian sectors, in the rest of the North and the far South. Temperatures without major variations. Ventilation still moderate with rough or very rough seas”.
