The solution equipped with the ITE IT8786 I/O chip and Realtek ALC897 audio codec is monitored by two 2.5 gigabit LANs, which are driven by Intel i226V controllers, but if we need the construction to withstand the heat well, it is advisable to use the Intel i226-IT controller option. If we want a wireless connection, we can rely on the Mini PCI Express connector, which maintains a friendly relationship with the x1 PCI Express and USB 2.0 specifications.
On the back there is an HDMI 2.0b output, a 1.4 DisplayPort++, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and two USB 2.0 sockets in addition to the aforementioned LANs, while on the printed circuit board there are two RS232/422/485, plus two rows of RS232 pins, an 8-bit DIO (GPIO) header, an LVDS or eDP connector, a three-pin header for the fan, and the necessary pins for the connected audio system are stationed.
The hardware with the price in question, to be powered by an external 9-24 volt adapter, is compatible with Windows 10 Pro/IoT Enterprise 64 bit, Windows 11 and Linux/Ubuntu software environments.
