The CEO of Red Wings airline Evgeny Solodilin will leave his post. This told RBC sources.
The management structure of Red Wings will also change – a managing company will be appointed, the publication notes.
According to a source of RBC, Rostec, which owns Red Wings, was dissatisfied with the company’s operating results and flight volume. The average flight load factor fell to 87% in 2024, which is a low figure for the high summer season.
Solodilin has been leading the Red Wings since 2022. In April 2024, it was reported that the Red Wings were planning to rebrand, but the process has not begun.
