It is ideal for birthdays, ladies’ and bachelor’s parties… It has three bedrooms, and the ground floor is designed around a cozy fireplace, so for die-hard romantics this is a real hit.
Modernly built, this building has a private parking lot, is built of solid materials, and is lined with Siberian aris on the inside and outside. It is fully air-conditioned and covered with smoke detectors.
The exterior is adapted for perfect enjoyment and offers facilities with a swimming pool on the main terrace, a table with chairs for dining on the grassy surface or lounging on the lazy bags of the paved patio. The terrace with the pool is actually the most attractive place in front of the house, and occupies an area of 50 m2.

The cottage has three levels. Ground floor, spacious living room with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The first level has two bedrooms with terraces, a hallway with a wardrobe and a bathroom. The rooms are equipped with double beds measuring 200cm x 160cm. The second level has a special atmosphere, it includes a space under the slopes of the roof 10m long with a central height of 2.4m, intended for sleeping.

Guests who want to completely relax and have everything prepared, can order food from the ethnic restaurant “Horizont”, which “preserves the taste of the old times”, as the locals like to say. In agreement with the head chef of the restaurant, one can choose a meal as desired, and the “host” guarantees a high quality of service.
