Recipe for the juiciest plum pie

Delicious plum pie with a soft topping that makes it stick to your fingers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg of plums
  • 4 to 5 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar (300g cup)
  • 1 cup of sour milk or thick yogurt
  • 125 ml. oil
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 500 grams of ready-made pie crust

Dressing:

  • 500ml vode
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • a few slices of lemon

Preparation:

First, clean and bake 2 kg of plums in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Add a few spoons of sugar to the plums according to your taste. Leave the baked plums to cool.

Then beat the filling from eggs, sugar, sour milk, oil, semolina, vanilla sugar, baking powder and semolina. Place one crust in a larger pan and spread it with the resulting filling as for pancakes. Then spread the second crust, then the third, then put the plum filling. Row like this until the end. Finish with egg filling. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Then cover the cooled pie with the cooled topping made of water, sugar and lemon.
