Cooperation between the Post of Serbia and the Chamber of Commerce: We are introducing services based on artificial intelligence in the Post

“Pošta Srbije” and the Center for Digital Transformation of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (PKS) have agreed to cooperate on the introduction of tools based on artificial intelligence (AI) in the Public Enterprise “Pošta Srbije”, it was agreed today at a meeting of the acting director of “Pošta Srbije” Zoran Anđelković and the president of the PKS Marko Čadež.

The introduction of tools based on artificial intelligence in postal activities and services will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, it is planned to carry out an analysis of the needs, processes and services of the Post of Serbia, and after the analysis is completed, the development of a plan, scope and content of services and system segments in which interventions will be implemented will follow.

For the purposes of project implementation, working groups will be formed that will bring together experts from both institutions.

The goal of the project is to significantly contribute to the modernization and further digitization of postal services, the introduction of innovative services, the improvement of the quality of existing services, their efficiency and availability, with the professional help of the Center for Digital Transformation of the Postal Service.
