Angel Sanzio, the ‘And italian’, he lays himself bare on the pages of I read and lets herself go with confessions regarding touch-ups. “I’m 35 but I look 27 – dice – I spent 130,000 euros on cosmetic surgery”.
In reality, Angelo was the victim of a rather invasive and dangerous inconvenience. He told the newspaper: “A few months ago I thought it was right to project my chin forward a little and I underwent hyaluronic acid infiltrations; many years ago I abused this molecule that I put everywhere on my face and over time the product not only migrated but also largely settled in the chin area and, when I went to put new product, lots of lumps came out that gave my chin a terrible appearance. Just yesterday I underwent an operation in the chin area and Prof. Gualdi when he opened it he found a real disaster. It was scary”.
Sanzio has never made a secret of his changes. “If I have to be honest, I’m embarrassed to admit that I am I went into the operating room 24/25 times to improve my aesthetic appearancebut since the past cannot be erased I admit that there have been many entries into these structures, but I was lucky, I met, thanks to Barbara d’Urso, Prof. Alessandro Gualdi who tried every time to make me understand that the ideal of a supreme beauty does not exist”he admits. He confides how much he has spent so far: “A lot. We are almost at 130 thousand euros”.
It all started when he was 6 years old: the discovery of cosmetic surgery struck him. His first time came when he was very young: “The first injections to hydrate at 18, at 21 I had my nose done. For my birthday I asked my mother not to throw me a party but to take me to the cosmetic doctor”.
Now if you look at yourself in a mirror you are aware of what you are observing: “I see a 35 year old guy who looks 27 maybe 28 and I like thatit’s as if I had put a veil on the hands of my time, it’s a bit like The Enchanted Rose that stands out in the air of the west wing of the castle in Beauty and the Beast… it’s magic, in short. Then I see all my little things hidden behind every single choice I’ve made, I haven’t been able or willing to show my face in this life, but I’ve preferred a mask that helps me face the world every day”.
