Domestic. Evrard Beda, 22, has been sentenced to 16 years in prison for the murder of a 72-year-old man. However, he avoids deportation because he named others involved.
According to the verdict, Evrard Beda shot the victim with four shots after a brief exchange of words at the door.
The murdered 72-year-old was unpunished, but the father of a criminal.
In questioning, Beda admitted that it was wrong to shoot someone, but added: “What to do?”
Two other men, 38-year-old Imo Hansson and 20-year-old Octavian Dragan, have been sentenced to life imprisonment for incitement to murder. Dragan is also sentenced to deportation as he lacks Swedish citizenship.
All three have denied wrongdoing, with the exception of Beda who, however, denies that he is a professional torpedo.
– Then I’m a really bad hitman. Leaves full of evidence. Shit stuff. It’s just stupid choices. Stupid idiotic choices, he said in questioning.
