- Genetics: Heredity plays a big role. If your parents had cellulite, chances are you will too.
- Hormones: Hormones such as estrogen, insulin and prolactin can affect the development of cellulite. Changes in hormonal levels, for example during puberty, pregnancy or menopause, can increase the risk of cellulite.
- Strava: A diet rich in fat, carbohydrates and salt and insufficient fiber intake can contribute to the formation of cellulite.
- Lifestyle: A sedentary lifestyle and lack of physical activity can slow blood and lymph circulation, which promotes cellulite formation.
- Stres: High levels of stress can cause changes in the body that affect the formation of cellulite, such as weight gain or hormonal imbalance.
- Age: As we age, skin loses elasticity and natural elasticity, which can worsen the appearance of cellulite.
The truth is that eliminating cellulite is really difficult, but a combination of a healthy lifestyle and proper skin care can significantly improve its appearance and boost your self-confidence. Remember that every body is unique and beautiful.
