It all happened at 1:00 p.m. The victims received a phone call from a supposed agent who was actually a scammer. He explained to them that there was a problem with their bank accounts and that they had to go to the branch.

Due to the couple’s health problems, they claimed that they could not travel and it was then that the supposed bank agent told them that he could go to their home himself. to solve everything.

As soon as the criminal entered the house, another one called Vicente on the phone to entertain him and, thus, took the opportunity to ask María for her account and bank details, which It didn’t take long for him to give them to them.

Minutes later, they realise that they have been robbed of 1,200 euros. A significant sum for these two elderly people who live on a pension. So far, it is known that this is an organised gang that operates throughout Spain.

His son Carlos wants justice and is not willing to stop until he sees the thief behind bars: “I was working when everything happened. My mother called me and when she told me everything, I realized that they had screwed her over.”

“As soon as he explained it to me, I hung up and called the police. At 17:00, I cancelled the cards and the passbook. They had taken out 1,200 euros. My father has been working all his life,” explained the son of the victims, who managed to take a photo of the thief using the intercom and has shared it to help find him.
