ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SUPPORTED JOB MATCHING SYSTEM
Işıkhan stated that with this information, personalized and effective services are provided that meet the unique needs of each group, and added:
“We are excited to announce our plans to launch an AI-powered job matching system this year as part of the Skills Inventory Project. This cutting-edge technology will significantly improve the job search process and help job seekers find positions that match their skills. In addition to these initiatives, we have expanded our reach by offering online job fairs, job and career counseling services to job seekers through various digital platforms such as job clubs, Talent Gate and Youth Platforms.”

Işıkhan, who pointed out that they have implemented many projects aimed at developing digital literacy and skills, especially for young people, continued as follows:
“Many functions and processes carried out by our Ministry, from inspections to granting work permits to foreigners, from monitoring action plans to occupational health and safety procedures, have been transferred to the digital environment. This transition both increases the efficiency and scope of the processes and eliminates the bureaucratic burden on our citizens. As a result of these efforts, we have provided record employment and reduced the unemployment rate to its lowest level in the last 10 years. We are determined to accelerate our efforts in this direction within the scope of the Turkish Century vision, which determines Turkey’s long-term goals.”
