The main part of your journey?

Gabriela Grajewska’s professional career is marked by a sense of customer focus and a natural appetite for innovation and digital. After starting at L’Oréal, she joined Renault where she set up an e-commerce tool for automobile repair professionals. Initially difficult to get adopted, this project turned out to be a major success since 20 years after its deployment, the tool is used internationally. Within Nissan, she manages the brand’s presence at major automotive and tech events, such as CES (Consumer Electronic Show), and manages the customer experience in the Nissan Crossing flagship store, rated by Google among the Top 10 experiences in Tokyo. . Working at Dacia, she is leading the brand’s digital transformation, launching e-commerce, and doubling digital sales by favoring a multi-channel approach and adapting to new purchasing behaviors. His credo: “ at every level we must be excellent and deliver a seamless multi-channel experience!“. Throughout her career, Gabriela Grajewska has demonstrated her ability to use digital as a lever for performance and improvement of the customer experience.

Furthermore committed to CSR, she is a member of Chapter Zero France and independent director of an impact holding company (3E Concept) “ I am a woman in marketing and digital and I draw on everything I have learned throughout my professional journey to give even more meaning to the transformation of businesses by having a greater impact on people, organizations, society as a whole “. She is also involved in the board of the Women@Renault network and Circle InterL, which brings together women in the industry: “ I want to advance diversity within teams, highlighting and building women’s confidence, strengthening networks and sorority. ».

The secret recipe for effective management?

« In France as in Japan, I have always been a foreigner. Being authentic and simple was for me the way to understand what was around me and to make myself understood by those around me. », underlines Gabriela Grajewska. A founding principle for its managerial approach. “ My posture is that of a learner. This is how we can effectively support transformations. You have to draw a vision and want to surround yourself with the best in their areas of expertise. to move forward as a team. Curious by nature, cultivating questioning, she is convinced that the talents around her nourish her on a daily basis. “ Listening and determination are the keys to effective management, but this must be accompanied by a keen sense of exemplarity to breathe energy into all the projects we carry out. ».

The place of women in digital?

« We are not yet up to the challenge », notes Gabriela Grajewska who recalls that in 2024, women will represent only 17% of professionals in the digital sector. “ This reassures me in my commitments “. But the situation is progressing! Initiatives are multiplying. “ I want for my daughter who is now 18 years old that she does not have to question herself, that she can satisfy her aspirations and her ambitions. This is why I act “. Convinced of the need to see inspiring models emerge, she is also not passionate about the women’s cause. “ It is the differences between women and men that give meaning to diversity in teams. Without it, we would deprive ourselves of the richness of perspectives, customer insights, we would be subject to decision-making biases… performance would not be optimal ».

What if we rewrote history?

Gabriela Grajewska is today fully committed to CSR, and in particular governance, diversity and the environment. His only regret? Not having done it sooner. “ Not only to advance a cause, but quite simply because by opening myself to different networks that work to support these profound societal transformations, I have incredible encounters with personalities who are moving the lines “. Help each other, exchange, undertake and carry out joint projects, “ I realize that all sectors of activity are faced with the same challenges and we have everything to gain from sharing our experiences to move forward more quickly. ».
