Its main goal is to simplify the offer and change the names of its devices – not only computer ones. What awaits users in the near future?

Dell is expanding its portfolio with new products offering improved performance and battery life, the latest chip innovations and artificial intelligence accelerators. This is also the perfect time to simplify the offer, so that customers looking for a new computer will not have to think and wonder whether a given model is right for them. As the company’s representative says, citing research Accenture74 percent of consumers abandon a purchase because they feel overwhelmed and have too much information. This is one of the reasons to refresh Dell’s offer and propose names that will not pose any problems in identification.

The company’s new branding puts the Dell name front and center in three PC categories:

  • Dell – equipment designed primarily for basic tasks, for play, school and work.
  • Dell Pro – designed with professional performance in mind.
  • Dell Pro Max – created for maximum efficiency.

Additionally, the Dell and Dell Pro product lines will expand to include monitors, accessories and additional services, ensuring a consistent customer experience across the portfolio.
