In the United States, within the giant of the CES 2025 technology fair presents a number of novelties of various categories. Innovations in the field of smart households also play an unforgettable role, with an interesting gadget, for example, a recognized manufacturer of robotic vacuum cleaners Roborock. The idea is interesting, but what about the use in practice?

Traditional events like CES resemble a competition where hardware manufacturers compete against each other – the winner is usually the one that gets the most media attention. The hand itself is equipped with a camera, LED light and sensors.

But it is at the same time extremely slow. “During our demonstration, it took about a minute for every sock in its path to lift and move,” states. And we’re not even talking about that the maximum weight of the held object is 300 g.

Then, of course, we have to think about who will actually use the robotic arm. Sure, if I come back from the fire on Friday morning, throw my dirty clothes on the floor, go to bed, and want to clean before leaving the apartment the next morning, then the superpower of the Saros Z70 might come in handy. Otherwise, I ask: Why?

The rest of the equipment is top notch

As expected, the other aspects of the Roborock Saros Z70 robotic vacuum cleaner are no less impressive. It catches the eye, for example extremely high suction power of 22,000 Pawith which it surpasses many competitors by several times, or precise navigation system StarSight 2.0 with accurate mapping capability and recognition of 108 different kinds of objects.

Among other things, the vacuum cleaner is attractive with a system against trapping hair or animal hair and an extendable arm for complete cleaning of the corners of the room.

Of course, the Saros Z70 model is also not missing mopping functionwhile taking care of his mats extremely handy docking station. It automatically removes and washes the mop and also takes care of the vacuum cleaner itself, cleaning, emptying and refilling its water supply.
