HMD continues to market affordable smartphones. The latest is the HMD Key, a smartphone with the Android 14 Go Edition operating system, guaranteed 2-year security updates and a 6.52-inch wide LCD display screen with a resolution of 1280×576 pixels, adjustable brightness up to 460nits, and a refresh rate. It’s basic 60Hz.
The chipset side is a Unisoc 9832E paired with 2GB of RAM, which is suitable for working with Android 14 Go Edition and has 32GB of ROM, can add a MicroSD Card. Next is an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera and has a battery. Size 4000mAh, supports charging via cable 10W, uses USB Type-C port.
Other details: HMD Key will have a body size that Measuring 166.4×76.9×8.95 millimeters and weighing 185.4 grams, the device meets IP52 dustproof and waterproof standards and has a 3.5mm headphone port for use as well.
Initially, the HMD Key was launched in the UK at a price of 59 pounds or about 2,500 baht. There are 2 colors to choose from: Midnight Black and Icy Blue. Finally, sales in other zones. We still have to wait and see.
