Lidl sells out of stock of smart drawers. The cheapest costs just 129 CZK

If you intend to delve into the secrets of a smart home, smart sockets are definitely the ideal starting point. They don’t cost much, they are quite simple and with their help you will make your household not exactly smart, but certainly smarter than with classic sockets. Lidl is quite a big player in this segment and is now holding a sale on smart drawers.

There are never enough smart plugs

Several types of smart drawers are currently on sale in the Lidl e-shop, so everyone can choose. Such a basis is the practical socket adapter for 129.90 crownswhich is available in three versions – with a timer, with a dimming function, or with a sensor. The variant with a timer allows you to set the time of switching off and on, which of course saves energy.

There is a 1-2-4-6-8 hour off timer, and the outlet can also automatically turn on at dusk and turn off at sunrise. The socket with a dimming function contains a rotary dimmer for regulating the brightness of the bulbs, and the socket with a sensor contains a motion detector. Ideal, for example, for children’s rooms, so that children can safely go to the toilet alone at night.

A trio of extensions and a socket with USB ports

In addition, there are extension cables with sockets that come out on 149.90 crowns. Again, Lidl sells three versions, namely a disc with drawers (4 drawers), a column with drawers (6 drawers with a cap) and a cable (4 drawers) with a distance of one meter between the drawers. These practical cables should not be missing in any household.

The last type is a drawer strip with drawers and a USB port behind 549.90 crownswhich supports the Zigbee 3.0 system. It therefore enables connection to a smart home, therefore also control via a mobile application, and you will also need it for that Gateway central unit. This smart strip has three sockets, four USB ports and the sockets can be controlled individually via the app.

Mainly energy saving

Smart sockets have many advantages and one of their main advantages is energy saving. You can switch appliances remotely (connection to central units is required), they often have an on/off timer and, in short, it offers a lot of advantages.
