The dominant feature of the Amazfit Active 2 watch is 1.32 inch AMOLED display surrounded by a silver stainless steel construction that provides space for two control buttons. The panel itself is interesting high brightness of up to 2,000 nitsputting them on par with South Korea’s Galaxy Watch7. The fact is, of course, that some models will offer an even better readable screen, but in the price range up to 100 dollars (CZK 2,400)where the novelty from Amazfit falls, is an absolutely fantastic value.
On the health tracking side, the Amazfit Active 2 promises excellent accuracy thanks to optical sensor (PPG) BioTracker 6.0. In cooperation with the algorithm PulsePrecision for heart rate measurement, the watch promises that the measured data will truly reflect the power expended.
When we then focus on the functions of the watch itself, the watch can display readiness scoremonitor sleep quality and instruct the wearer to perform breathing exercises. Of course, there is also the classic monitoring of stress, heart rate and blood oxygenation, and the icing on the cake is the presence of a thermometer.
Sportsmen will be delighted with the watch, which has more than 160 modes, while it can detect 8 different physical activities and 25 exercises during strength training by itself. It is also worth noting smart trainer Zepp Coach and support for syncing with a number of third-party apps such as Strava. They come in handy for outdoor activities offline maps with navigation.
Amazfit Active 2 can also receive notifications, control music played from a smartphone or quickly respond to an incoming call.
