Peugeot 3008

  • Motorization : 1.6 e-HDi
  • Fuel : diesel
  • Fiscal power : 6 CV
  • DIN power : 115 ch
  • Maximum speed : 181 km/h
  • Consumption : 6.3 l/100 km
  • Crit’Air : 2
  • Trunk volume: 503 dm³
  • Seen second hand : We saw a Business version from 2014 with 152,000 km on the clock at a price of 8 600 €.

If the first generation of 3008 was mainly sold in diesel, few HDi have proven reliable under the hood of this SUV. The 115 hp 1.6 is one of these exceptions, but that is not the only one of its advantages. He shows enough enthusiasm to ensure overtaking in complete safety and his appetite is never unreasonable. Qualities that could also be attributed to its big brother, the 2.0 HDi 150, but the latter is much more expensive second-hand. With less than €9,000 in your pocket, and aiming for a model with reasonable mileage, you can mainly find Access or Active entry-level models, which are a little sparse. With its standard GPS, the Business is much more attractive at no extra cost.

Volvo XC60

  • Motorization : D4
  • Fuel : diesel
  • Fiscal power : 9 CV
  • DIN power : 181 ch
  • Maximum speed : 203 km/h
  • Consumption : 7.9 l/100 km
  • Crit’Air : 2
  • Trunk volume: 477 dm³
  • Seen second hand : We saw a Summum version from 2014 with 146,000 km on the clock at a price of 15 000 €.

Are you looking for an alternative to the ever-present Audi Q5 and BMW X3? The XC60 is made for you. As well built and pleasant to drive as its German competitors, it offers a brighter interior – especially in the case of examples fitted with light upholstery – and much more affordable second-hand prices. On the other hand, it has picked up a bad habit from its rivals across the Rhine: the entry-level Kinetic is really stingy with equipment. To fully enjoy the special atmosphere that reigns on board Swedish cars, aim for the aptly named Summum finish. It features leather upholstery, electric seats, bi-xenon headlights, dark-tinted rear windows, etc.

Alfa Romeo Stelvio

  • Motorization : 2.2 Diesel
  • Fuel : diesel
  • Fiscal power : 10 CV
  • DIN power : 180 ch
  • Maximum speed : 206 km/h
  • Consumption : 7.1 l/100 km
  • Crit’Air : 2
  • Trunk volume: 463 dm³
  • Seen second hand : We saw a Super version from 2017 with 119,000 km on the clock at a price of 19 100 €.

No doubt penalized by the unenviable reputation of the Biscione brand in terms of reliability, the Stelvio is struggling to find second-hand buyers. A boon for buyers, because the prices are low while the reliability is at the top for the category. This Italian will also delight driving enthusiasts. Based on the same platform as the Giulia sedanit has a front end with the bite worthy of a sports car. If, on expressways, general comfort is at a good level, it is on winding roads that it will give its best. A cheerful character which does not prevent it from being relatively fuel-efficient with this engine. Particularly thanks to the absence of four-wheel drive on this version.
