EXPO 2027 will have a showroom at the Belgrade Fair

The showroom for EXPO 2027 is planned to be in Hall 5 of the Belgrade Fair, so the EXPO 2027 company has announced a tender for the design and construction of this representative space for a specialized international exhibition. The deadline for submitting applications is January 10.

According to the available documentation, this assembly-disassembly facility will consist of six internal zones and one external one, according to the portal eKapija.

Zone 1 (Lobes): Representative space of 430m2with a timer that counts down the time until the start of the exhibition and space for a mock-up of the master plan.

Zone 2 (Presentation hall): Area of ​​300m2 intended for multimedia presentations and conferences, with large LED screens and space for relaxation.

Zone 3 (Meeting room): Space of 130m2 for business meetings, equipped with conference tables and sofas, coordinated with the theme of the exhibition.

Zone 4 (Middle Pavilion): Two-story pavilion from 500m2 with an info desk, a space for multimedia exhibitions and an attractive bar. The pavilion should also include an area for preparing food and drinks, as well as a dressing room, a storage room and an area for toilets. The facade will be glass, with transparent LED screens.

Zone 5 (Small pavilion): One-story pavilion prototype of 300m2scheduled for later arrangement by international participants.

Zone 6 (Relax zone and souvenir shop): Area of ​​200m2 for the rest of visitors, with a bar and a sales area for souvenirs.

Outer zone it will be branded with the official EXPO 2027 logo, along with rest and seating installations in front of the main entrance.

The entire showroom will be equipped with the necessary electrical, plumbing and telecommunication installations, according to the client’s requirements.
