After selling more than 10,000 cars for the first time in 2023, 2024 was even better for Lamborghini. Namely, the demand increased by 6 percent, to a total of 10,687 vehicles.
In Europe, the Middle East and Africa, deliveries increased by 6 percent to 4,227 cars, while in America, deliveries increased by 7 percent to 3,712 vehicles. In the Asia-Pacific region, shipments rose 3 percent to 2,748 units.
It should be noted that the Urus is sold out until 2026, while new orders for the Revuelto will not be realized until 2027.
The Temerario did not contribute to Lamborghini breaking the record in 2024 as the production of its predecessor has yet to end. The last examples of the Huracan in the versions Sterrato, Evo Spyder, Tecnica, STO and STJ will be delivered later this year.
When the all-new model hits the assembly line, the company will produce only plug-in hybrid models. The Temerario and Urus are V8 PHEVs, while the Revuelto has a V12 engine in a PHEV drive system.
The boss of Lamborghini, Stefan Vinkelman, recently announced that the planned expansion of the range has been postponed for a year. Announced by the Lanzador Concept, the fourth model will thus arrive in 2029, not 2028. When it arrives, the Lanzador will become the brand’s first all-electric model.
In an interview with Motor1 last November, the Lamborghini boss predicted that sales of the Lanzador would be “more or less at the same level” as the Temerario. He added that the Urus will always be the best seller while the Revuelto will be the rarest among the models.
