In the days after the holidays, be gentle and kind to your body, tortured by holiday food!
#1 Right after waking up
A drink of half a lemon, a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Water lukewarm.
- Before going to bed: 300 ml of water, with 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda and half a lemon.

#2 For rapid body building
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 beet
- 2-3 stalks of celery

Put all the ingredients in a juicer. When it is ready, pour it lightly, stir and drink immediately.
#3 Refreshing lunch
Carrot and ginger broth/soup
(for 4 people)
– 900 g grated carrots
– 2 black onions
– 5-7 cups of chicken soup
– 3 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
– 3 cloves of minced garlic
– 1 cup of kefir
– sea salt or black pepper to taste
– 2-3 spoons of clarified butter*

Preparation:
Put the carrot, chicken soup and garlic together and cook until the carrot is soft. In a separate dish, sauté the onion with clarified butter until caramelized. Pour everything together in a blender and blend until you get a smooth, uniform mass. Transfer to a bowl and add kefir and spices as desired.

* You can find clarified butter (ghee) in a health food store or prepare it yourself:
Take as natural, unsalted butter as possible, put it in a pan over high heat and let it melt. When, after ten minutes, it has completely melted, reduce the heat and let it cook for another 45 minutes on low heat. During this time, impurities will appear on the top and bottom of the mixture. Remove the ones on top. Do not stir the mixture, but constantly remove the foam from the surface.
After 45 minutes, let the clarified butter cool and then strain it through cheesecloth or a sieve into a jar.
#4 For hormone balance
– two cucumbers
– a pinch of basil
– 1 broccoli
– 1/4 head of cabbage
– 1 cup sprouts

Mix all the ingredients together in a juicer, strain, mix gently and drink immediately.
And so until Easter or one of your family celebrations!
