Reaction from Galatasaray to the PFDK decision

Galatasaray Club reacted to the penalty imposed by the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) after the league match against Göztepe, blocking the tickets of fans who made ugly and bad chants.

He published a statement on the club’s website with the title “You cannot silence Galatasaray fans.”

PFDK, in addition to the ugly and bad chants caused by its fans in the Galatasaray-Göztepe match, fined the yellow-red club 300 thousand liras and placed them in various blocks in the north, south and east stands, on the grounds that this action was carried out for the second time in the same season in the competition in which it was the host club. It was decided that the fans who received their cards would be prevented from entering the competition where their cards were hosted.

The board ruled to impose a fine of 495 thousand liras on the yellow-red club because the stairwells were not left empty and this action was carried out for the 7th time in the same season.
