Starting this Saturday, you can watch the early federal party conferences live on television for hours.

The broadcaster Phoenix accompanies the party conferences in the run-up to the approaching federal election with analyzes and classifications as well as reporters on site with up to 10 hours of live broadcasts at a time. As Phoenix claims in its program preview, it will be the longest live broadcast of federal party conferences on German television.

The AfD and SPD will kick off the broadcast channels on January 11th. Phoenix wants to start reporting at 10 a.m. and switch back and forth between the two party conferences. The BSW federal party conference continues on January 12th. In the coming weeks, The Left, Alliance ’90/The Greens, CDU, CSU and the FDP will follow suit. In the Media libraries Phoenix also wants to provide 15-minute summaries of the party conferences from ARD and ZDF under the title “Party check: What do they want…?” You can see the highlights of the events again in a compressed form.
