A cold winter morning is a prelude to a period of fairly monotonous weather.
During the day, temperatures will rise, but in some places not above freezing, but at most up to 3 or 4 degrees Celsius, only in Primorska up to 10. On Sunday, according to the forecasts of meteorologists from the RS Environment Agency (Arso), it will be mostly clear, in the eastern regions it will occasionally more cloud cover. The storm in Primorska will intensify, and a north-easterly wind will blow in the interior of Slovenia. The lowest morning temperatures will be from -11 to -4, in places with storms a little above 0, the highest daytime temperatures will be from 0 to 4, in Primorska up to 8 degrees.
On Monday, it will be mostly cloudy in eastern, southern and partly in central Slovenia, but it will remain quite clear elsewhere. It will be windy, a moderate to strong gale will blow in Primorska, and the north-easterly wind will strengthen elsewhere. On Tuesday, the dry and partly clear weather will continue, it will warm up in the heights. The storm and the wind will stop. No precipitation is in sight until the end of the week.
