The Storytelling Company, the umbrella brand of Purple Digital Storytelling and PLANWORX, is taking over ProSystems International BV, one of the leading system integrators for audiovisual technology and simulation technology. The acquisition was carried out under the aegis of Holland Capital.

The Storytelling Company develops and implements experience centers as well as innovative brand experiences and events worldwide. With the takeover of ProSystems, the group wants to complete its service portfolio, which ranges from strategic consulting, concept and content development to experience design and its technical implementation to temporary event services.
