Although Grok was initially only available to those users of the social network X who subscribe to the Premium version, since last month all users of the popular network have access to this chatbot. It is integrated directly into the X application and is located in the bottom bar.
In this respect, Grok has reached the level of other chatbots such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Now, this generative AI is being taken to a new level, thanks to a dedicated app. It is currently available in the USA, for the iOS system, and the server informed about it The Verge.

Better accessibility and greater expansion
xAI, the company behind Grok, has been testing a dedicated iOS app for the past year, and now it’s finally up and running. This means, among other things, that even those users who do not have an account on the social network X will get access to this artificial intelligence.
The Grok application works like a traditional chatbot, of course it can generate images and also offers complex work with text, for example summarizing or changing wording. It can be assumed that in the course of time we will also see an application for Android, however, nothing is known about it for now.
Grok is expanding
Elon Musk has big plans for Grok, and he will certainly not stay only with applications for mobile phones or integration into the social network X. Currently, a web version is also being prepared, at Grok.com, but the site is still under construction. In addition, in December, Musk announced an additional $6 billion in development funding provided to his company by strategic investors. They invested a total of 12 billion dollars in Grok last year.
