The mythological action role-playing game Titan Quest 2 from the studio Grimlore Games (SpellForce 3) and the publisher THQ Nordic has not yet received an Early Access release date, but is already available to play as part of a recent leak.
As the GameGPU portal noted, the other day a working beta version of Titan Quest 2, intended exclusively for developers, became publicly available (how exactly this happened is unclear).
The build dates back to November 8, 2024 and is designated by the creators as Beta 3.1. Apparently, this beta version was used for internal testing and was not prepared for public release.
The leak allows you to evaluate the main elements of the gameplay of Titan Quest 2, including the character editor and combat system, but the assembly does not contain any multiplayer elements.
Users who have gained access to the beta version of Titan Quest 2 have already started posting gameplay videos like a fight with a griffin (see video above) or 10 minutes of gameplay on the Steam Deck (see player below).
Of course, the leak does not reflect the final quality of Titan Quest 2. THQ Nordic and Grimlore Games have not yet commented on the situation. The official start of early access for the game is expected this winter, that is, until the end of February.
Early access of Titan Quest 2 will take place on Steam, and the full version will also appear on PS5, Xbox Series X and S. The game will launch without co-op and the Russian language – their support will be added with updates.
