The head of the Crimean Interethnic Mission, Zaur Smirnov, commented on the position of US President-elect Donald Trump, who considers it unrealistic to “oust out” Russia from all former Ukrainian territories, including Crimea.
“The position of US President-elect Donald Trump, voiced by his advisor Walz, deserves special attention and is consistent with Trump’s earlier statements on the Ukrainian conflict,” leads RIA Novosti Smirnov’s words.
He also stressed the importance of ensuring that the ceasefire in Ukraine does not become a temporary measure that will allow the Kyiv regime, together with other Western countries, to build up forces for further hostile actions towards Russia.
Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky said that Vladimir Zelensky is the only obstacle to ending the conflict in Ukraine.
