Maybe you have to fight against some “childish” fears (you have a ghost under the bed or dark and unknown eyes watching you from the closet) and it is good to remove the light sources in the bedroom. The darker the room, the better the sleep. Do not leave the door of the room where you sleep open so that you are not disturbed by the light from the next room.

However, when you wake up, turn on the light immediately, especially if you sleep in a room that does not have enough morning light to help you wake up. In autumn and winter, you can keep an additional lamp next to the bed.

It is best not to be on the computer, on the Internet, on the phone, or even with a book in hand an hour before going to bed. This is important in order to try to stop the constant flooding of thoughts.

However, before going to sleep, it is preferable to always perform the same sequence of activities, but without physical effort. These should be mental activities, such as, for example, fitting some small things, such as socks, toothbrushes, gloves and the like, especially when the Moon is connected to Mercury.

In the first half hour after waking up, the brain should not absorb new information. If you have the opportunity and have time, practice morning meditation. Otherwise, you won’t be able to start the day with the mental clarity you need, because thoughts will flood in as soon as you open your eyes.

If you didn’t sleep the night before, you probably won’t be able to sleep again. Turn off the TV, music from the device and try to neutralize all sounds coming from outside, but keep the windows open during sleep. The body should cool down a little before going to bed. Do not take a hot bath before going to sleep. A cold shower is best.

The more you eat and take in food, the longer your body needs rest and sleep. Therefore, be careful not to be “immobile” for days and days, even weeks and weeks. In particular, do not go to sleep on a full stomach or after eating. This also applies to drinks, especially juices, liqueurs and sweetened drinks.

It is important to sleep in a spacious and well-ventilated room (Moon-Jupiter) or in a room with relaxing colors (Moon-Venus). The bed should be comfortable, pleasant and comfortable, and the bedding, blanket or any other covering should be as soft as possible.

The less you sleep, the more water your body will retain. Medicines and certain artificial stimulants affect poor sleep.

Do not try to fall asleep by force or if you do not want to. If you go to bed by disciplinedly closing your eyes immediately, most of the time it won’t be helpful.

However, if you have been working until late at night, then sleep comes much easier, but do not overdo it in consecutive work until late at night, because then you will disturb your sleep and get insomnia.

It is recommended to watch erotic movies, as well as to have sex before going to bed. Try to suppress yawning in the morning when you wake up, as it will be harder to wake up, especially if the Moon is conjunct Pluto.

If you have a busy day or are not in the mood, try to take a nap during the day for at least fifteen minutes. It would be good if the body is well tired before sleeping at night. A massage before bed also helps, because with this aspect it is preferable to relax the body, considering that it is often in spasm. You cannot solve your worries and problems while you sleep.

Check if the position in which you sleep is uncomfortable, maybe even a pillow or a bed, because even a little discomfort can disturb sleep.

A cold room affects restless sleep. When you wake up, do some exercises to relax and stretch your body.
