Finally! Nvidia will make GeForce Now available on VR glasses, plans to develop applications as well

Nvidia at the fair CES 2025 excited video game fans. And twice. After presenting a new generation of its bloated graphics cards, it came up with one more novelty. This is to make its platform accessible GeForce Now to a wider range of players – and especially to a wider range of gaming devices.

The GeForce Now service offers many different modern games, which certainly do not leave gamers cold. But if you own glasses Apple Vision Pro or perhaps Meta Quest 3 or 3Syou’ve been out of luck with them so far. Which is changing. Nvidia solemnly announced at the press conference that it will make game titles available on these modern devices. This will raise the gaming experience to a completely different level.

At the same time, Nvidia established cooperation with the company ByteDance (known as the owner of the TikTok network) and extends cloud gaming capabilities to its virtual and mixed reality devices as well Pico.

Playing on VR glasses sounds interesting, but it is quite difficult to imagine how exactly it will take place. Not even the representatives of Nvidia have revealed it yet. But they promise that this option will come with the next update, probably already in January.

At the same time, Nvidia plans to create special applicationwhich will make connecting easier. So far, it has only been developed for Steam Deck – other devices have to use the web app in the browser for now.
