The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is coming to the market earlier

The prescribed license certificate for sale in India received Motorola’s Razr 50 Ultraa by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in April last year and then the phone was launched globally in June.

Today, a new Motorola phone has been certified by BIS with model number XT2551 and was previously rumored to be the Razr 60 Ultra (the model number matches – the Razr 50 Ultra was XT2451).

If this is indeed the Razr 60 Ultra, then expect it to go official sooner than its predecessor – much sooner. BIS certification is given three months earlier this time, so the phone could even be unveiled in March or April.

This is of course just a guess on our part, keep that in mind as well. Unfortunately there are no leaked details about the Razr 60 Ultra at the moment, but given that its predecessor was powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, it wouldn’t surprise us at all if the Razr 60 Ultra is accompanied by the successor to that chip, the Snapdragon 8s Elite.
