Eften Real Estate Fund increased its net profit and set a target to pay dividends of 1.1 euros per share for last year.
According to unaudited data, the Eften Real Estate Fund earned 31 million euros in rental income last year, an increase of 1.5% from the previous year (30.6 million euros). Net profit rose to 13.5 million euros, while a year earlier it was 1 million euros, the company said in a stock exchange statement.
