“It’s a danceable song, something new for me. A fun way to talk about the end of a relationship”: Carolina Deslandes shows ‘Pensar em Mim’

Carolina Deslandes is back with a new single, titled ‘Pensar em Mim’, “a danceable song, something new for me”. The artist thus anticipates the release of a new album, scheduled for April, which now reveals to be “about experimenting, breaking away from formulas and offering something completely new to the public”.

Announced as “a hymn to self-discovery and empowerment”, and marking “a new phase in Deslandes’ career”, the new single, which follows ‘Eu Leavei’, is presented by the artist as “a fun way to talk about the end of a relationship, without the forced maturity of saying we’re going to be friends.”

“Before, I wrote in a very tidy and correct way, but I have lost that”, adds Deslandes in the release of the new song, “although it is not an autobiographical song, it addresses what we often think, even if it is not nice to admit : ‘I hope it costs you a lot, because I’m great and I hope you’re terrible’”.
