From May 29 to June 1, Daugavpils will celebrate its 750th anniversary. This year, the city festival will expand significantly and offer a varied and rich cultural and entertainment program, reports the municipal tourism department.
As part of the City Festival, the tourism department is organizing an international event “Tourism Street”, which will be held from May 30 to 31. Here everyone can get new ideas for summer holidays, learn about current events and news, and get professional advice to plan a great vacation.
“Tourism Street” will be opened on Gimnazijas Street from the intersection with Saules Street to the intersection with Rigas Street.
Opening hours:
May 30: 15:00-19:00
May 31: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m
The organizers ask Tourist Information Centers and sites to register their participation by filling out application form and sending it to the tourism department at: marina.avlasina@daugavpils.lv.
Participation in Tourism Street is free.
