There are several types of complaints against DIGI
Following what we revealed in December, the telecommunications company DIGI, which began operating in Portugal in November, has dozens of complaints on the Portal da Queixa. DIGI's entry was intended to revolutionize the telecommunications market in Portugal, but the user experience has not been the best.
The Romanian company arrived with very low prices and practically no loyalty, forcing large companies in the sector to respond through low cost brands.
