Zyxel Networks’ new partner program will focus on the award-winning Nebula cloud platform to support the continued growth and long-term success of business partners.
Zyxel Networks is launching a revolutionary partner program that places a strong emphasis on developing business partners’ activities in the field of cloud networks.
The new program, which builds on the strengths of Zyxel Networks’ products and its unique Nebula platform for managing networks in the cloud, aims to motivate all business partners to develop activities in the field of managed services and adapt to changing customer needs.

A number of Zyxel Networks business partners already use the Nebula cloud network management platform as the foundation of their managed services offering, and the new program should convince many more to switch to the platform.

As part of the new program, our business partners will receive discounts on a wide range of different products and at the same time they will be motivated to increase the number of installed devices with the support of the Nebula platform.
All existing European partners of Zyxel Networks will be transferred to the new program starting this month, and will have 12 months to meet its criteria. They thus have enough time to take the necessary measures in cooperation with their local teams to ensure a long-term benefit.
Accreditations for special partners, ie for providers of managed services, educational institutions and the hospitality industry, will continue to be valid and available. In addition, there will also continue to be an EliteTech program for which individual professional employees can qualify.
In addition to cloud management, leading-edge features, performance, reliability and affordability, Nebula-compatible devices also offer remote installation and configuration for small and medium-sized businesses. Zyxel Networks now provides managed service providers with a multi-license Nebula platform that enables remote management of any number of network devices across multiple client sites. This solution will also be preserved in the new program, so our business partners will continue to be able to manage their customers’ networks from their operations center or any other location.
Business partners who reach the two highest levels in the new program, i.e. Prime and Elite, will also have the opportunity to pre-pay for a license to the Nebula platform only for the number of devices actively used in a given month and flexibly change this number according to their needs.
This so-called The Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) solution for Prime and Elite program members was introduced by Zyxel Network in response to input from its business partners. It is expected that this option will be appreciated especially by those business partners who have a rapidly growing customer base or clients who need to meet connectivity requirements ad hoc, e.g. at various sports and cultural events or construction or other large-scale projects. As part of the pilot phase of the new program, this solution was successfully tested in 2024 on a sample of selected business partners.
1. The basic level of the Nebula platform is provided for free on all Zyxel brand devices that support this platform. In order for the device to be fully monitored and managed by the managed service provider, the customer should purchase a Nebula Pro license. Each level is based on the number of deregistered devices in the Nebula platform that the business partner has actively. Business partners will maintain the achieved level in the following years, provided that they continue to have a sufficient number of active devices in the Nebula platform.
2. The existing Ally, Silver and Gold program levels will correspond to the new Registered, Ally and Prime levels, respectively. Business partners who already manage more than 650 installed Nebula devices will immediately be promoted to the Elite tier. Business partners assigned to the other three tiers will have 12 months to reach the applicable minimum number of installed Nebula devices.
