Woman hit small child in pram

The police were alerted at 19.15 on Wednesday about the incident that occurred on Värnhemstorget in Malmö.

— It was a woman who said that her child had been beaten by an unknown woman. The child is one year old, says the police spokesperson Lina Friberg.

The woman was taken care of by guards and then arrested by the police. She is suspected of assault.

There is no information on whether the child was injured in the incident.
